What information do I need to provide when placing an order?

You'll need to provide us with your full name, a contact number and your preferred delivery option before your order can be confirmed.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is the preferred payment method. Please try to provide exact cash as far as possible.

What are your delivery options?

Please note all deliveries are done at public locations to ensure maximum security. You may enquire about alternative locations and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Port-of-Spain (NALIS Library or Independence Square) - $5

Chaguanas (Mid Centre Mall) - $20

Couva (Starbucks) - $15

Marabella (JTA) - $10

San Fernando (High Street) - $15

Pick up (Pointe-a-Pierre) - Free

Can I cancel my order?

Pre-made orders may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before delivery.

Custom orders should not be cancelled later than 3 days after your order is confirmed. Orders cancelled after 3 days may result in you being blacklisted.

Are there any requests you do not accept?

Yes, we have the right to accept or decline any order as we see fit. We do not accept requests for any copyrighted material such as lyrics and characters (unless you are the owner), we also do not do company logos.
